  2. Now go to the Control panel, and click on Mail.

  2. Remove the tick from Use Cached Exchange Mode checkbox.
  3. Select More Settings
  4. Now, tap on Advanced tab and then select Offline folder file settings
  5. Tap on Disable offline use and on the prompted dialog box, click Yes
  6. Again, tap on Offline Folder File settings
  7. Tap OK
  8. On the next screen, click yes
  9. Under the “Cached Exchange mode settings” drop-down, choose “Use Cached Exchange mode” by ticking the checkbox
  10. Click OK >>Next>>Finish
  11. Open the Account Settings and Mail setup dialog boxes, tap close
